Aria Investments advised UAB Finbee finance 1 on a EUR 3 887 000 bond issue program.

“Finbee” is the first peer-to-peer lending platform to start lending to small and medium-sized businesses in Lithuania. “Finbee” receives and evaluates applications, disburses loans and loan repayments to investors.

The aim of the new bond issue is to ensure consistent growth of the loan portfolio and to attract an institutional investor to invest in the consumer loan segment.
