UAB Novus Asset Management is an asset management company licensed by the Bank of Lithuania, whose fund Novus Secured Debt Fund invests in asset-backed loans for small and medium-sized enterprises in the Baltic States.

Aria Investments, with a wide range of business contacts, has partnered with Novus Asset Management to provide alternative financing advice to businesses in mortgaging real estate. During 2020 the business financing service was provided to several companies with loans of EUR 2 500 000.
