“Aria Investments” provided consultations to peer-to-peer lending platform “SAVY”  owners UAB “Bendras Finansavimas” regarding dėl 3 000 000 EUR non-publix bond issue. 

“SAVY” is the first peer-to-peer lending platform in Lithuania, launched in 2014, with three licenses issued by the Bank of Lithuania (crowdfunding, peer-to-peer lending and consumer credit provider). The first non-public issue of bonds was issued to increase operational efficiency and portfolio.
